Purchasing a home is usually the biggest investment people will make. A thorough home inspection helps bring to light the condition of that investment. A complete home inspection will include a visual, non-invasive assessment of nearly every aspect of the home. This includes the roof, attic, exterior, foundation and crawlspace, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, windows and interior. A fully comprehensive inspection report, including pictures, will be delivered to you electronically upon completion of the inspection.
Replacing a sewer line can be a large financial burden. A sewer scope inspection can give you insight into the sewer line’s condition before you purchase a home. When adding this service to your home inspection, or if you need a sewer scope as a stand alone service, you will receive a USB flash-drive with the full sewer scope video recording and a written report regarding the sewer line’s condition.
Radon is an odorless, colorless gas that is the second leading cause of lung cancer, behind smoking cigarettes. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that rises up through the ground and can become trapped in your home without proper mitigation. A radon test is a 48 hour sampling in which the testing machine will gather information on the air quality regarding radon. After the 48 hour test is complete, a comprehensive radon test report will be delivered to you electronically.
When purchasing a new construction home, it is important to inspect the building every step of the way. New construction home inspections include a pre-pour foundation inspection, a pre-insulation framing inspection, and a final inspection upon completion of finish work.
A sellers pre-listing inspection will occur before your home is put on the market, and will give you insight into any minor or major issues that should be addressed before listing your home. A fully-comprehensive inspection report will be delivered to you electronically upon completion of the inspection, and will cover all aspects of a usual residential home inspection.
The Home Buyer Bundle will include a fully-comprehensive home inspection, sewer scope and radon test. This is the most cost-effective way to get the full picture of your potential next home. Call for more information.

A thorough home inspection could take around 2-3 hours. The size and age of the home and the services requested will determine the actual length of time. I will also make sure to take time to explain the results at the conclusion.
Absolutely! We encourage you, as the client, to not only be present at the inspection, but to ask any questions you may have. I can also go over the results with you in person.
If you are unable to attend the inspection in person, we would be happy to go over the inspection results with you over the phone so that you are confident in your home purchase.
We will need access to the electrical panel, mechanical equipment, crawl space, and attic access doors. Please make sure these are accessible.
We will conduct a visual, thorough inspection of the roof, exterior, doors and windows, attic space, crawl space, and interior of the home. I will also inspect the bathrooms, kitchen, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
